o If you have any special requirements, please let us know before the scheduled date. The following are available upon request, subject to additional charges

- Parts and consumables
- RT-PCR tests
o For installation and repair jobs, quotation is finalized after site survey/checkup. Kindly pay the balance in cash upon job completion
o We will only perform and charge for additional works after getting your approval
o Exclusions:
- Provision of tapping points (water, power, drain, ducting, etc.)
- Masonry, painting, glass, and carpentry works
